1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 1971bt (https://1971bt.net) and all users of its platform and associated services. By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 1971bt, you are deemed to have given your full acceptance of these terms.

• Account details can be updated at any time, though a name change will require identity verification.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate on 1971bt. Preventing minors from accessing gaming platforms is one of our core social responsibilities.

• We may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification purposes.
• Providing false information about your age is a punishable offence and will result in immediate account termination.

4 Deposits & Payments

• You must use a payment method registered in your own name to make deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned to the sender.

5 Withdrawal Policy

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• BKash and Nagad transfers typically arrive within 5–15 minutes; bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Withdrawal limits: the maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• If any unusual or suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

1971bt regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus applies to your first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 30x.

• Cashback: A minimum wagering amount is required to qualify for the weekly cashback.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• 1971bt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on 1971bt use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely random and is in no way predetermined.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical error, the correct outcome will be determined accordingly.
• If your internet connection is lost, your game will be saved automatically and will resume from where you left off once reconnected.

• Winnings obtained through software bugs or errors are not valid and will be voided.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1971bt platform and may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or crack the platform's software or systems.
• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating with other players.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Spreading false or defamatory content against the 1971bt brand or its services.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

1971bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. However, account balances will not be confiscated without legitimate cause.

• Accounts may be terminated without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• As part of our responsible gaming policy, members may temporarily suspend their own account at any time.
• You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before your account is closed.
• Requests to reactivate a closed account can be submitted to the support team.

10 Limitation of Liability

1971bt is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming activity. Gaming is a form of entertainment, and the risk of financial loss is always present.

• 1971bt is not responsible for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues or device failures.
• We are not directly liable for delayed transactions caused by third-party payment gateway errors.
• In the event of an unexpected technical issue, the maximum compensation 1971bt will provide is a refund of the bet amount.
• Neither party may claim indirect or incidental damages beyond what is permitted under applicable law.
